The conference will be held at the Hôtel Contact Bristol, 18 avenue de Colmar, 68100 Mulhouse, France.
Conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre and the pedestrian area and close to a shopping mall, the hotel is close to the Mulhouse central SNCF train station and is a little jewel of local Art Deco with oak
and cherry wood furnishings.
The hotel is family-run and has a restaurant where you can enjoy home-made Alsatian culinary delights (choucroute anyone?) with local and seasonal fresh products. Delicious croissants and other French delicacies will await you at the coffee breaks.
HOW TO GET THERE
By train: the hotel is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) of the Mulhouse central TGV and train station (SNCF). You can also take the tramway directly in front of the SNCF train station – track 1 towards Châtaigner or track 3 towards Thann, get off two stations later at Porte-Jeune, the hotel is then a 3-minutes walk away around the corner.
By car: enter ‘3 rue d’Illzach’ in Mulhouse in your GPS – this is the address to the hotel’s private and secured car park.

Meals & ACCOMMODATION
Lunch on both conference days (Tuesday and Wednesday) will be served at the Hôtel Bristol. Lunch includes three courses, 1/4 glass wine, water and coffee. Lunch on both days is included in your conference ticket. You will be able to notify us of any special dietary requirements when you purchase your conference tickets.
The Tuesday evening networking cocktail dinner will also be held at the conference hotel and is not included in your conference ticket – it must be booked separately, so make sure to add this item to you cart when registration opens.
