Hi everyone, a last reminder: registration for MedTranslate 2025 and ALL ticket types (except Jason Willis Lee’s 1:1 branding slots) will close this Sunday at 23:59 CEST – that includes all workshops and the cocktail dinner on Tuesday evening.

If you are registered for the conference but have forgotten to register for the cocktail dinner (the dinner is NOT included in the conference registration!), you need to buy your cocktail dinner ticket before Sunday evening – we cannot accept “last-minute” joiners on the spot, as the hotel will cook for the exact number of registered participants.
Same goes for the workshops on Monday – if you are considering registering for one or more workshops, please do so before Sunday evening: last-minute, spontaneous latecomers on Monday may be able to register for a workshop on the spot if there are still seats left, but will definitely not be able to join everyone else for lunch that day.

So, please make sure now and double-check that you have a ticket for all the fringe events you want to attend, along with your conference ticket – thanks for your cooperation and understanding!
