REGISTRATION CLOSES September 28th at 23:59 CEST for all tickets!

We use the ticketing platform Pretix for the MedTranslate ticket sale – we do not store any of your billing and payment information here on the MedTranslate website. Pretix is a service provided by rami.io GmbH, Berthold-Mogel-Straße 1, 69126 Heidelberg, Germany.

Price are originally displayed including VAT – don’t worry – the webshop is set up for reverse charge: once you’ve filled the invoicing information in the registration form, including your VAT number, VAT will be automatically removed – if applicable.

Note to Germany-based attendees: we eLoc Smart Solutions GmbH (as organiser of the conference and invoice issuer) are a German company, so VAT will be charged to German businesses purchasing MedTranslate tickets. The VAT number field in the registration form will be displayed as optional for you – please however do enter your VAT number or business “Steuernummer” nonetheless. “Hintergrund” and long story short: we need to be able to document that all MedTranslate attendees are businesses and not private persons. 😉

Payment methods available:
Credit card via Stripe, Paypal, bank transfer.

Invoices:
We are waiting for an API for automatic invoice generation from our bookkeeping platform – in the meantime, we’ll write your invoices manually and will e-mail them to you within a few days of payment/registration. If you run into issues or need anything, do not hesitate to contact us!

PRICING

The regular pricing of 375 € (+ VAT if applicable) starts on July 1st at midnight CEST and will end on September 21th at 23:59 (190 € for one-day tickets)

The last-minute pricing of 400 € (+ VAT if applicable) will start on September 22nd at midnight CEST and end on September 28th at 23:59 (200 € for one-day tickets).

The networking cocktail dinner is NOT included in the conference ticket, make sure to add it to your cart if you wish to attend on Tuesday evening.

There are only 110 seats available for the conference!

Registration deadline for the conference is October 4th.

The “full conference” ticket includes:

– full access to all presentations on Tuesday and Wednesday
– all coffee/tea breaks with snacks and refreshments during the conference
– lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday at the conference venue

The “one-day” tickets include, for the day you have registered for:

– full access to all presentations on that day (Tuesday/Wednesday)
– all coffee/tea breaks with snacks and refreshments during that day
– lunch at the conference venue on that day

The Networking cocktail dinner ticket includes full access to the Tuesday evening cocktail.

Monday pre-conference workshops:

Workshops are booked separately and are not included in the conference registration. Please visit the Workshops page >> to view the workshops available and their schedule. You can purchase your Workshop tickets at the same time than your conference ticket and add them to your cart.

Discounts

Discount for members of the ITI Medical Network: your network coordinators will send out information, including your discount code. In the meantime, shoot us an email (info@eloc-solutions.com) with a proof of ITI medNet membership and we’ll send you your discount code. Please note that the discount only applies to “full conference” tickets, not one-day tickets. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy

By registering for the MedTranslate 2025, you accept following conditions in case you have to cancel:

Cancellation for the conference and/or one or more workshops: any processed conference or workshop registration may be cancelled until September 28th at 23:59 CEST will full refund. No refund for cancellation can be granted from September 29th on and beyond. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
