Good morning from rainy Alsace to all of you wonderful MedTranslate news subscribers!

I am pleased to announce that the detailed programme and schedule for the pre-conference workshops on Monday, Oct 6th 2025 is now complete and published (check out the Workshops page here >>), with an awesome line-up of trainers – a huge thank you to them for all their work and support!

There will be 5 workshops: 2 in the morning from 9:00 to 12:30 and 3 in the afternoon from 13:30 on, in small groups. The Monday pre-conference workshops will be held at the conference hotel (Contact Hôtel Bristol Mulhouse).

Lunch on Monday is organised at the conference hotel for all workshop participants, including those who only do a half day workshop. Lunch is automatically included in your workshop ticket for all workshops, except workshop #5 (15:30 to 17:00) – and of course coffee breaks are also included. 😉

– Workshop #2: 9:00 – 12:30 – From medical translation to medical writing: roadmap and practice with Ekaterina Chashnikova. More information >>

All workshops have a limited number of seats – so don’t wait until the last minute to grab your ticket!

IMPORTANT: please note that the pre-conference workshops are not included in the conference registration and are to be purchased separately in the external registration platform, where you can add your conference ticket (full access both days or one-day only + fringe events like the nwtworking cocktail dinner) over at www.pretix.eu/eloc/medtranslate. This means that you can attend one or more workshops on Monday without attending the conference at all, for example 😉
