General information: we use the ticketing platform Pretix for the MedTranslate ticket sale.

Price are displayed incl. VAT, but the webshop is set up for reverse charge – so make sure to fill in the invoicing information correctly in the registration form so that VAT can be removed, if applicable. Please note: eLoc Smart Solutions being a German company, VAT will be charged to German businesses purchasing MedTranslate tickets.

We are waiting for an API for automatic invoice generation from our bookkeeping platform – in the meantime, we’ll do your invoices manually and will e-mail them to you within a few days of payment/registration.
